The Gaga workshops are back! Céline Barreau will kick off this series of workshops and guide us on a journey through movement. No previous experience required!
The Gaga method awakens the body, sharpens awareness and rekindles the joy of moving. Guided by imagery and sensations, everyone is invited to explore their own way of dancing in a sensory experience that is both liberating and stimulating. During this special session, you’ll have the chance to let loose and find your groove at the Dance Jam following the workshop.

Open to everyone aged 14 and over. No previous dance experience required!
